Kitchen restored and sanitized after cleanup

The First Five Minutes

A person picks up, not a menu.

You describe the property in whatever words you have. We ask three things: your town, roughly how many rooms are involved, and whether anything about it is unsafe. Nothing you say will land oddly with us.

If you would rather not speak first, send the form and say what time of day suits. We will keep to it.

The First Two Days

We come and look. It is free and it commits you to nothing.

We walk the property, note volume, check for hazards, and write a real number down before we leave. You are not asked to decide anything while we are standing there, and nobody follows up to pressure you.

After That, It Is Your Move

Some people book on the spot. Some call back four months later. Some never call back, and that is genuinely fine.

Worth Mentioning If You Know It

  • Your town, since the northwest hills and the Quiet Corner need a longer window
  • Whether animals are there now, or were before
  • Whether the power and water are on
  • Any fixed date: a closing, a hearing, a town notice
  • Access details, especially third-floor walk-ups and narrow staircases

None of it is required.

If You Are Calling About Somebody Else

Say so at the start, because it changes the whole approach.

We will ask whether that person knows you called. Not to catch you out, but because arriving unannounced on someone’s doorstep generally ends the conversation permanently. We will help you think through how to raise it first.

Hours And Coverage

One Last Thing

Almost everyone who calls says some version of I should have done this a long time ago. Nobody here thinks that.
